Cannot see features in powerchute 3.02

Hi I just installed Powerchute and seem to be missing some features like the battery meter bar. Does anyone know if its a limitation of my battery backup or if I did something wrong during install of the software? Reading the forums, I should have a few other icons on my screen. See below for attached screen shot.

Battery backup model: Backup-UPS ES 550G

PowerChute only displays the features available with the specific Back-UPS. The menu items shown in the screenshot are correct for the BE550G.
