Hello,
We have AP8653 which had connectivity issues.
In log we get:
Rack PDU 1: NMC CAN bus off.
Rack PDU 1: NMC CAN bus off cleared.
Rack PDU 1: Component communications lost with Outlet Board 3 Meter. Please verify that a terminator is inserted in either the In or Out port.
Rack PDU 1: Component communications lost with Outlet Board 2 Meter. Please verify that a terminator is inserted in either the In or Out port.
Rack PDU 1: Component communications lost with Outlet Board 1 Meter. Please verify that a terminator is inserted in either the In or Out port.
Terminator is inserted in OUT port, we tried to switch LCD module with another one which is for sure working.
After total power cut, PDU work ok for 2-3 days and same story begin.

Hi Michal
Apart from the swap of the display module, it might be worth it to swap to a CAN bus terminator that you know to be working, just to rule it out.
Apart from that, formatting the module (by logging on with SSH/telnet, and running the format command) and upgrading to latest firmware might also be an idea -> https://www.se.com/ww/en/download/document/APC_RPDU2G_706_EN/
If neither of the above makes any difference, I think the next step should be to open a case with your local customer care center as you might be looking at hardware issues.

Hi TonKei,
Yes i tried 3 different terminators from other PDU.
Software update also don't change anything.
I'll open case with support if there is no other ideas here.
