Hi Kassian,

The battery charge might have drained completely and there is no sufficient voltage on the batteries to make the UPS to turn on. Can I know the exact model and serial number of the UPS, you can find this info in a white bar code label on the rear of the UPS. Please go through the below kbase articles about storing the UPS battery.
