Hi Danny,
PCBE v9.1.1 only supports basic email authentication. It does not support TLS/SSL authentication. At the moment when using PCBE, you will have to use a mail relay and relay the mail to a server over port 25 with plain text email authentication (or no authentication) and then have that server forward it to the actual mail server with SSL/TLS authentication over the port you want.
PCBE 9.2 will have the ability to support TLS/SSL and also changing the port from 25. I have no official date as to when this version will be released.
