how o upgrade Intelligence module (SYMIM4) firmware revision?

hello

I have read in upgrading FAQ : "The only requirement on the system firmware is that the Main Intelligence Module (MIM) & Redundant Intelligence Modules (RIM) firmware revision should be Rev 18.0 or higher. "    I have checked and it's 17.0. I have searched alot but I couldn't find anything helpful. What should I do?

- model: symmetra 40k

- Firmware revision: 540.1700.I

- SYMIM4

Hi,

This can only done by a Schneider Electric Field Service Engineer or service partner. I'd contact your local support to arrange how that can be done for your specific scenario and warranty status.

This means there is no way doing it by myself?

Correct. Majority of tasks/activities on 3 phase UPS units are done by service partners or APC field service engineers due to the size of the UPS and training required to work on the unit. This cannot be done by and end user.
