have't the password for APC Smart-UPS 5000

Hi, I have inherited an APC Smart-UPS 5000 (SUA5000RMT5U) , and all I know is its IP address but when I try to telnet or to access it via browser it needs user name and password, there is no way that I could know them.

is there a password recovery or reset procedure?

any help will be really appreciated
