Hi,
I just got to run a 9619 network management card on Smart-UPS RT 10000 RM XL and just updated the 9619 to the newest firmware. This management card is connected to its original external temperature sensor. But when I launch "network management card" software (newest version) and choose "Environment" and then "Temperature / Humidity" it only shows the "int sensor", on which I can configure thresholds. Why does'nt it show the external sensor?
Thanx for a hint and best regards,
Karl

the integrated sensor is the one that is directly connected to the network management card - a little confusing i know. thus, the AP9512TBLK or the AP9512THBLK you are using is what you can configure under the int(egrated) sensor section.
the external sensor refers to if you connected an additional smart slot accessory to your UPS - the AP9612TH, which is an external card, which has additional sensor ports. if you connect that to your UPS with an AP9600 expansion chassis or AP9604BLK expansion chassis, the management card can pick up the data from it and display it it in the environment tab as well.
