Hi
I own a smart APC 1500 .
I've used an APCUPSD software to update some EEPROM variables .
During that , I have noticed that my ups model No. ended with "D" , domestic for USA use ! , while mine is a 230 V ups .
I need to upgrade my firmware ( I - for international use ) .
My APC does not have a USB port , it has serial D type 9 pin port .
I need also a powerchute software , all powerchute softwares I have downloaded is for USB .
