I've been using PowerChute Plus for a long time and am moving to PCBE (at least for all my serial UPS's-too bad PCBE doesn't work with the USB BackUPS). It seems like the email notification in PC+ had more flexibility. You could add additional comments, set a time delay, and test the email. None of that seems to be available in PCBE, unless I'm just not seeing it?

Yes, PCBE is rather limited in its e-mail capability. There is an e-mail test function in the GUI for deluxe versions. Are you using the deluxe version, or the single node agent?
