i need a key for calibration i have 10 kva model surt 10000 pls provide

Hi knight, the cal keys we have are desgned to work only with su type smart ups units (meaning they will not work with sua, smt, smx or surt units). If you are having some type of runtime issue i would suggest calling in to our tech support at 1 800 800 4272 so they can properly troubleshoot the issue you are having with your unit.
