cannot reduice high relative humidity

hi ,

I have 6 racks,2 netboz  and 2 inrow RP set as a hacs.

I use 2 inrow RP DX Air Cooled  380-450V 50 hz

I try to maintain the Relative humidity between 40% and 60 % but i fail despite the activation of dehumidification

Any ideas

Some clarification would help: I don't see an InRow "DP" model,  APC web site lists  "SC", "RD" or "RP" either half (300mm) or full width (600mm). And from there its either the air cooled self contained (SC), water cooled or DX (direct expansion).

Only the "RP" models feature humidity control...while other models relying on external humidity control in the room your racks are in.
