dear All,
we have issue have customer need to share load bet surt5000xli and surt6000xli ,i.e if one UPS have any fault load still supply form another UPS
can done this issue or not

Most single phase UPS units do not have a parallel solution like this (that I know of) that provides parallel operation in this type of load scenario like you see more with 3 phase power applications. You'd likely need to do something with a manual or automatic transfer switch in some way. You could have an automatic transfer switch fed by each UPS and set one as the "preferred" UPS so that when the preferred UPS's battery is exhausted or is no longer providing output, you'd switch sources to the secondary UPS. This might not be the best option in all scenarios, especially if the two UPS units are on the same electrical circuit.
