UPS shows no output on SURT10000XLT, but equipment has power?

Hello,

Has anyone seen this type of behavior on a UPS before? The equipment is powered, but when customer looks at it through software, it reads 0 VA, and 0 amps. Also, the customer has 2-3 servers hooked up to it running, and they are powered. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

If it is a very low load, it may not report any load. That is my first thought assuming the UPS says the output is on and/or it is not in a weird bypass state or has a wrap around service bypass panel in the picture.

We could confirm if anything is wrong if you can provide the event.txt, data.txt, and config.ini from the Network Management Card. (Instructions here -> How can I download Event, Data, Configuration, and Debug files from my Network Management Card? | FA...)
