hi guys,
2 module was installed on the unit, UPS detected 1 battery module fault few minutes after we removed the faulty battery module the UPS detected the remaining module is faulty.
We ask the user to shutdown all the load, because were going to power off the UPS. We power off the UPS and install back all the battery module and power on again, and everything back to normal. On the next day Battery fault again, this time the other battery module got an error.
Note: The unit is out of warranty and the battery was new.
Someone advise me to get the log event from MIM and RIM but i dont how to do that..

As Matt said, the raw status of the MIM and RIM won't really help much. I suggest you follow the instructions initially provided to get the info needed to determine the issue. I'd also stress the fact that you shouldn't ever need to turn off the equipment or the Symmetra itself. The whole point of a UPS is to prolong uptime, not eliminate it.

Greetings,
Why did they user have to shut down all the load? That should almost never be necessary with Symmetra, given it has its own maintenance bypass switch. With that engaged, you could toggle the System Enable switch and essentially reboot the UPS electronics, without interrupting power to customer's equipment.
When the batteries showed as bad, did you gather any of the data from the Diags menu in the PowerView? Could you please install the "bad" batteries and provide the following for review:
Go to DIAGS - > BATTS - > Status 2 of 2 - >
Now you will be at the individual battery status, such as:
Battery 1 of 4 1/5
Main Frame Module: R2
Level 2 from Top
Status: OK
Now press the enter button. You will be on page 2/5 (see top right corner). Record the data here. Then press the enter button to record the data on pages 3, 4 and 5.
Then gather data from the other suspect battery.
Also, what is the Master FW rev on the Main Intel Module and Redundant Intel Module?
This info will be very helpful in determining what is happening with those battery modules.

Raw status is simply a live snapshot, so we can see that the UPS is online normally with at least one battery module fault present.
