apc smt2200 smart-ups not turning on outlets

Our electricity went out last night and this morning our APC SMT2200 Smart-UPS shows the battery at 100% every check's OK, but the outlets do not turn on. Can you let me know what needs to be done to get the outlets turned On?

On the LCD when you select the Status button and scroll through the menu it will indicate the Outlet Group Status which should be On.

If not select the Control option, and turn on the Outlet groups. You should hear the relays clicking to affirm they switched on and is supplying power to the outputs.

If there are any active faults / errors please do call them out whether on the LCD / LED.
