Which UPS? c7000
Hi,
I have a HP c7000 enclosure and some storage equipment that we need to protect with a UPS. We know the total load of the units and are happy that a APC R8000 VA RM would be fine for our requirement.
The problem i am having is determining how to connect the HP c7000 enclosure to the UPS. the c7000 has 6 x c19 power connectors, however the UPS has only 4 x c19's.
Similarly the UPS only has 4 x c13's whereas I need to have at least 10 x c13's.
I thought that maybe connecting a PDU to the UPS would do the trick, but I fail to see how i would do this and whether a PDU connected to one socket on the UPS would overload the UPS?
How would you connect a HP blade enclosure c7000 to an APC r8000 va rm UPS?
or should we be looking at a different type of UPS?
