I have replaced my UPS betteries, but it is not giving full backup. I was told that to change the Battery Constant Values, via HyperTerminal. I set the values to SU1500I = 8C, and SURT10000XLI = 7E. But still it is not functioning properly. Can any one please suggest me the corrent "Battery Constant Values" or any other solution.

Yes, I though that rating ups in the SU range was SU1400, I too have A1 for the SUA1500.
The battery constant only alters the displayed run-time, it does not effect the actual runtime.....however units can shut down immediately where new batteries have been fitted but the constants are that far out of whack due to tampering or old battery performance, from memory this can be worse if the UPS is connected to PC.
The best way to find your true runtime is to connect a fixed load of around 20-50% of the UPS capacity and turn off the incoming power, then compare the actual value with the indicated value and go from there.

i found the constant for SUA1500I - which is A1.
were you instructed to do this by APC tech support? generally this procedure is to update the estimated runtime and does not have to do with the amount of actual runtime you receive (depending on settings) - thus maybe something else is going on here?
