Shutdown Sequence issue

Hi all,

I have configured shut down command in PowerChute Business Edition (Please refer attached file for screen capture), the command file can execute in server, once I completed setup, I found the command file haven't execute, then OS shutdown and UPS power off.

Background: 1 x Smart UPS 1000 connect with 1 x HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen9 Server via USB cable

I would like to setup the shutdown sequence is 1--> run command file, 2 --> OS, 3 --> UPS device.  Please advice.

Hi,

What OS is PowerChute running on and what is the command file doing? If the OS is Windows you should review Knowledge Base document FA168226
