Where do you find a MIB OID Master Message List?

I've been able to trap a few MIB's, but where the heck is the full list?

Here's one I trapped and turned into an email alert.

trapargsString:= UPS: A fault exists at the battery temperature sensor.

          snmpTrapOID:= PowerNet-MIB:apc.0.600 (1.3.6.1.4.1.318.0.600)

Here's another:

mtrapargsString:= UPS: The battery is not installed properly.

          snmpTrapOID:= PowerNet-MIB:apc.0.80 (1.3.6.1.4.1.318.0.80)

What I do is use a tool like powerSNMP and navigate to the UPS or product and review the available OIDs. All APC products have an OID that starts with OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.318 You can also walk the device to see the OIDs. 

As an example if I what to know the UPS model OID I check the app and found 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.1.1.1

Why aren't the available OIDs in document form already to hand to the end users?

Yes. Just enter powersnmp free manager into your favorite search engine. The one I like is from Dart.
