Í have a UPS VT 20 KVA that can not connect to mains Power it only start with cold start.
What is the solution to this problem?

Hi Alberto,
The first things to usually check are the UPS input wiring and the availability of suitable supply, often a loose or missing connection, or issues upstream to the UPS (i.e. upstream breaker undersized / tripped) can cause the UPS to operate on battery. Here's the VT installation guide to confirm the suitable input breaker/cable sizing and the acceptable input conditions, depending on the specific VT model.
If input supply and wiring both check out the next step would be to verify if the UPS has any active alerts. I recommend reaching out to your local APC tech support for this, so they can guide you on how to obtain the logs and review those logs for further troubleshooting.
