Hello,
I have a number of AP9631 cards that have the rubber dome on the back side of the melt. This dome is opposite the battery. Should I be concerned about the melted rubber? What is the dome for?
Thanks.

If I understand you correctly, you are asking about the circular rubber "bumper", which could be black, grey, or clear, on the underside of the AP9631 card?

It is just a support to hold the bottom of the card off of the slot enclosure, and to help with aligning the contact fingers that plug into the slot.
