I am updating PDUs at my company and we have mostly AP7900 with some AP7900B series. For the AP7900, what should be the latest firmware and where can I download this firmware? On the APC website, I only see the firmware for the 7900B series. Thanks.

I will see if we can add firmware on the website for the older AP7XXX esries. I agree with you it should be posted even though the product is discontinued but I am not sure if it is a silly limitation of the way the site works or something along those lines. Either way, I've asked the product manager if we can show the SKU for it which would be SFRPDU392 on our main download site and will see what happens.
For now, it is here on FTP (which is back up now!): ftp://restrict:Kop$74!@ftp.apcc.com/restricted/hardware/nmcard/firmware/rpdu/392/apc_hw02_aos392_rpd...

Really APC? Crickets?
I realize these have been discontinued, but the latest firmware should still be available to those of us still using these.

I had to use on-line chat with Tech Support to get it. The latest is 3.9.2 for the AP790x series. The specific file to request is apc_hw02_aos392_rpdu392.exe

The link in this thread, while it "lights up" in blue lettering if I move my cursor over it, might be truncated to where it no longer works. The only visible part is as follows: " ftp://restrict:Kop$74!@ftp.apcc.com/restricted/hardware/nmcard/firmware/rpdu/392/apc_hw02_aos392_rpd...ending with "...". It lights up in blue lettering as if an actual active link, but doesn't take me anywhwere. I'd like to get the firmware update file so that I can update several AP7900 PDUs that I have. All but maybe one are using firmware and the web interface that predates 2000. Thanks.
