Hello everyone
I'm just wondering if there is any way to wake up some computers in sequence by network. I've read about Wake On Lan, but I don't know if PowerChute support PowerShell or Visual Basic scripts.
I just know there is an option in BIOS but I'm not really convinced. If you guys know any ways to do that, I would be very greatful if you help or just steer me to good way.
Looking forward for answers. Cheers

Hi,
Once the computer is off PowerChute like any other software application cannot run so PowerChute cannot restart the OS. The only way to restart a system once powered down is via the BIOS.
As for supporting scripts, PowerChute Network Shutdown and PowerChute Business Edition will run scripts. We have Knowledge Base / FAQs on the subject (FA168226 and FA159586) PowerChute Personal Edition can also run scripts but it is not an official support feature. Forum post Powerchute Personal Edition - Run external commands with this utility give instruction on how to run scripts with Personal Edition.
