Ups and battery pack cannot communication using xbp comm

Dear apc support and all

I have new smart ups model SRTL5KRM2UI

The UPS cannot detected battery pack 

UPS led indicator is green

Battery pack led indicator is blinking red and sound click click click

I have no idea , all cable already connected 

Please help advice

It’s unclear to me what exactly you’re trying to say or ask?!? Regardless, let’s just assume the main RBC is the issue here.

Have you inserted the RBC all the way and then pushed and turned the lock?!? Next have you turned (On) the RBC via the switch??

Show me a photo of the front of the RBC to affirm both are true.
