The runtime on a new battery with 150W load indicates 10minutes. With no load it indicates 85-89 minutes or so.
I don't have a PC, how do I set the date? My prior battery installed in 2023 started beeping at me incessantly, and I probably replaced it too soon due to the run time.
APC BR1500G #124 battery.

Your options are limited to using a Windows / Linux computer running APC PCSS and connecting to the UPS.
Other possible methods are to use a VM / Parallels to mimic a Windows environment. Regardless of the battery installation date you’ll need to complete the following action items onward:
Self Test: Manually initiate a self test and let pass and wait for the RBC to recover to 100% SOC (State of Charge).
Calibration: Manually initiate a battery calibration with a minimum of 30% attached load or greater. Once complete allow the RBC to recover and return to 100% SOC.
This will allow the system to more accurately reflect the operational runtime of the new RBC via the LCD, Power Chute, NUT, etc.

Thanks. I can download Linux, I think Windows needs to purchase a license. Where can I find the software for Linux?

The only requirement to download PCSS application is creating a APC / Schneider account.
You may use this resource link to download a copy of APC Power Chute (PCSS) where it say’s compatible software once you’ve created an account:
