Hi,
We have APC PDU 7941. I tried to login through console with apc/apc username/password but it is not working. When I tried to reset the password through reset button it is also not working. I am able to login with other username device using password apc.
Can someone advise how I can reset the password or what is the default username or password for administrator user.
Thank you.

The default user name/password is apc/apc as you already seemed to try.
The only way to reset the administrator password is by using a special timing sequence while serially connected and the pinhole reset button on the PDU display, as mentioned here -> http://www.schneider-electric.us/en/faqs/FA156075 (refer to NMC1 instructions)
You'll want to make sure the pinhole reset button is actually making constant. Your post seemed inferred maybe the reset button wasn't working but I can't tell if you meant the process or the physical button. Verify when you press the button during the procedure that the LEDs react as noted.
