I’ve tried several times on different days to place an order for the Advanced 1-year or 3-year subscription to manage the APC-SMT2200C. The current Standard plan expires mid October of this year, and I’d like to upgrade to the Advanced plan before the default subscription (activated with the purchase) expires.

However, the website displays a message stating that the operation cannot be completed at this time. This may be due to a broken link, a bug, or an issue with the website’s conditional logic.

Please advise on how to proceed with upgrading to the Advanced plan.
