Not a repost of my other thread, just another issue that came up after using infrastruxure to update firmware on AP9630
After updating I get his message when trying to access the web interface.
"Error: The application was not able to load.
You are attempting to access a Schneider device.
There was a problem loading the application. Please login to the device via telnet for more details."
I have two devices that are behaving this way now, I can access them via telnet if more data is needed.

most likely the firmware is corrupted somehow. based on your other thread, this is a Smart UPS and you have the correct application.
are you able to connect to this device outside of struxureware and upgrade it manually? if the device is on the public side, you should have no issue but if your device is on the private side, you'll need to connect your computer to that private side somehow.
if so, use the manual FTP procedure for NMC2 mentioned at FA162031 @ http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/faq/

Per forum admins request, I manually updated firmware on these rather then using infrastruxure which has resolved the problem I had on both of these devices.
