I had an error on the intellengence module and tried to correct the error message by unplugging the modules an reinserting them..but by mistake took both intellegence modules out....the UPS got turned off...now i am not able to bring it back online. What can i do to turn it on? Rigth now the Symmetra is working with the bypass on.

IDK how everyone overlooked this.
The UPS is not in Maintenance Bypass nor is System Enable off.
Since you re-inserted the Intelligence Modules, turn the System Enable switch to Off, re-seat the modules, and turn System Enable back on.

Thanks for you reply. The system maintenance is on, the system enable is on as well. Both intellegence modules are plugged in but do not turn the led on. Since the display is off I can't see anything on it.

Are you in maintenace bypass (the bypass switch is on) or system (soft) bypass?
If there are 0 bad modules, you should be able to go to the control menu and take the unit out of bypass, but obviously check the maintenance bypass switch to make sure you're not in that mode.
If all else fails, try the support line at 800-890-4272 to go through your configuration. It's just easier to do over the phone.

the LCD menu wont be on if the intelligence modules LEDs arent (in most cases anyway).
If you are absolutely sure that the maintenance bypass switch is in the "ON" position, you can go ahead and reseat the intelligence modules and plug the LCD menu back in and see if you get anything.
i also would recommend calling into support just to walk you through it. but anyway, if the intelligence module(s) still dont have any lights, you may need a replacement.
