AP9606 Firmware update problems - Doesn't recognize MasterSwitch APP

Hi, I upgraded the AOS on my AP9606 installed in my MasterSwitch Plus to 3.2.6b. I then reinstalled the masterswitch APP v 2.0.0.

I can no longer access the device manager. Any ideas? What's the newest version of AOS I can use in the MasterSwitch? Also, is there a newer version of the MSP APP?

hi,

what it looks like to me is that the masterswitch plus APP 2.0.0 only supports up to AOS 2.5.4.

i found all the files here: ftp://ftp.apc.com/apc/public/hardware/mswitch/firmware/msp/v200

i would try reflashing with the AOS 2.5.4 then the 2.0.0 msp APP again and see how that goes.
