We are having APC UPS SRC5000UXI.
The UPS is showing a error - Shutdown due to 016DC bus low.
We have checked the batteries, which are working properly.
Kindly assist in solving the problem.

Can you provide the full event.txt, data.txt and config.ini? Assuming you're using a UPS Network Management Card and seeing this alarm there? (Instructions are here on downloading the requested log files-> http://www.schneider-electric.us/support/index?page=content&country=US〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA156131) If you're using PowerChute Business Edition, you may need to copy and paste those logs but we need to see the actual log files themselves to see if there are any other indicators of what is happening.
Also, specifically what did you check on the batteries? Voltage? Anything else?

I have also facing same problem with SRCPM6KI. When I try to turn ON inverter all tests(frequency out 50Hz,input 230 50Hz,Rectifier OK, Charger OK, Battery OK, DC Bus OK, Inverter Test OK) passed but at the end when UPS self test started red warning light lit with beep sound and showing shutdown due to 016 DC Bus low. Batteries voltage are OK and no any dip voltage during the test. Secondly I want to download its logs from UPS brain. NMC not installed in this unit. Kindly help to resolve the issue
