UPS did not automatically turn on

Last Saturday, 18 September 2010, our office building experienced a power failure from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. One of our four UPS did not power on automatically when normal power was resumed. Note that this UPS is the one that we configured the auto-shutdown feature. see attached.

The servers was shut down by power chute but upon checking around 8Pm, i am expecting UPS will return to normal, but i didnt.. will the configurations made affect the function of the UPS, or the UPS is already defective ( SURT10000XLI )

what do you see under "powerchute" section on the NMC?
