What will be the the critical component for the UPS that is advisable to be replace as a preventive measure and hwat are the component life spend.
e.g Batteries life spend is 3-5 year so any time in between the battery should be replace.

Fans followed by capacitors, electrolytic and oil filled in that ordedr. Oil filled will typically last twice as long as electrolytics. If not stressed by overheating or surges over SOA, the power semiconductors should last the lifetime of the unit - 20 years or more.
Self service of larger units is only limited by the technical knowledge of the person performing the maintenance and the cooperation of the manufacture to provide documentation. The latter being sadly the more difficult.

what type of UPS are you talking about? single phase? three phase?
it really depends since the smaller single phase UPSs only have replaceable batteries and thats all that you can replace.
larger UPSs have fans, modules, etc

Im actually refering to those big 3 phase UPS 200KVA.. What will be the key component that i should look out for preventive measures like rectifier, capacitor etc..
