We have one 160 KVA APC Symmetra PX UPS in Data Center. We have set for self test every week. The problem is right after one minute when self test completed it generate alarm UPS: The battery power is too low to support the load; if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately. And it fixed automatically. Note : The power is on generator.

You will need to be with the unit when you call in and they will help you diagnose/troubleshoot the issue.
The error indicates an issue with available battery runtime but again local support will help you diagnose the issue.
