I have a Smart-UPS VT 15 kVA with 3 errors.
Not sure why there are 2 bypass errors but obviously this means we are currently unprotected.
The link below will take you to the event log.
And the Data Log.
The UPS is just over 3 years old and is on the latest firmware.
Can this be fixed just by replacement batteries?

Hello Matt,
It is unfortunately more likely that the UPS power module is having an issue that does not relate to the batteries. You will want to call into technical support, and they will walk you through gathering Raw Data on the faulted module, decoding it, and suggesting the next steps.
From your profile it looks as though you are in the UK. You can use this link to find contact information for local technical support.

We suggest calling from in front of the UPS, so we can run through everything together.

Hi Bill
Thank you for the response.
The UPS is actually in Australia so the local IT guy there is contacting the local APC support. I'm sure they will be able to work through the problem.
