Hi!
I have a Smart-UPS VT 20 kVA with such errors in logs:
12-Dec-15 00:59:36 UPS: A battery charger fault exists. 0x012A 12-Dec-15 00:59:36 UPS: In bypass in response to an internal hardware fault 0x0215 12-Dec-15 00:59:36 UPS: A power module fault exists. 0x0201 12-Dec-15 00:59:36 UPS: In bypass in response to an internal hardware fault. 0x011B
Raw Status Data: M States = 09 02 02 00000038 00000000 00000000 03
Could someone explain what does it means?
Thanx for Your help!

Hi Taras,
Yes, this is internal information only which 3 phase technical support representatives or field service representatives can decode.

This type of fault usually requires a hardware replacement of the power module. I would suggest you contact your local technical support office to verify your current warranty and service status to see what they recommend for moving forward and resolving the fault. I don't think there is much you can do unfortunately to resolve it yourself.

Angela, is it possible to get the documentation with decoding of Raw Status Data digits or one is accessible only for Schneider engineers?
All my efforts to find this information via Internet is unsuccessfull.
Thanx.
