I replaced the batteries, after that, The UPS shows me the following message:
Please I don't know What Happened!

The red LED indicates an internal fault in the UPS. The third from the top green LED indicates that the problem is in the power factor correction portion of the UPS. This is not user fixable. If under warranty, contact Schneider.
However, since it appears to be related to a battery replacement, you should ensure that the four battery cages are in good condition, fully charged and properly connected.
