My location in Cikarang, Bekasi - Indonesia. We have UPS SUA3000RMi 2U but It does not show load indicators' leds and when electricity goes off all equipments crash with the UPS. Even I tried with too low equipments but the same condition. One thing was interesting that when I set the UPS run in very low load (on load indicators) beep alerts I heard but when I plug a power cord of a server to conn. outlet group 1 then all batters indicators goes off expect one of them. What's going on I really don't know but I think battery need to replace with a new one. So How can I find a service that check the condition of the UPS and replace a battery if necessary?
Not: There is no replacement battery indicator occurs.

Hi,
You can check the batteries with a volt meter. That unit has quantity 8 12v DC batteries. Each good battery should read around 13v DC.
