UPS Network Management Card 3 NIC Flapping

We've just purchased a set of new Smart-UPS 750 (SMTL750RM2UC) with the "UPS Network Management Card 3" (AP9640).  The NIC is constantly flapping.  Based on reviewing some of the APC posts, this appears to be a common issue that can be fixed with a firmware upgrade?  However, after scouring the support pages, the firmware file is nowhere to be found.  Can anyone shed some light on this?

Best I have been able to come up with is the "Network Management Card 3 (NMC 3) for Smart-UPS Firmware v3.0.0.12 Release Notes".  Just a PDF, no download or firmware upgrade process provided.  The network adapter shipped with firmware version v2.0.0.5.

https://www.apc.com/us/en/download/software-firmware/ and download Network Management Card 3 (NMC3) Firmware v2.5.0.6 for Smart-UPS with AP9640/41/43. That is the latest released version for the Smart-UPS.
