Hi Nick
There are multiple root causes for this notification.
I wonder if you would be able to supply the support file from the NMC?
You can generate it by logging on to the web interface and navigate to [About] -> [Support] and choose "Generate Logs". The relevant text files are then gathered into a .tar ball that you can download from the card.
At the very least I will need the event.txt and the config.ini, but there might be relevant info in the rest of the files as well.
Best regards
Tonny
