Hi,
We had a power surge a few days ago and now I cannot clear this issue on the AP4423.
Source A is mains UK power and Source B is UPS power.
I have removed the unit from the cab and plugged in else where but have the same issue, I cant see any external fuses that can be replaced.
Help!!
Thanks in advance.

Added an image from the unit, Source B is disconnected as it's been removed from the cabinet until this can be resolved

Hi
Just to be clear, you tried moving the ATS to different power sources, but the issue remained, with source B being unavailable?
If so, I am curious as to what version of the firmware you are running on the unit, and would you be able to share the support file from the unit?

The process described for NMC2 is applicable for this unit.
Best regards
Tonny

Hi,
Yes, I moved the APC from the CAB and plugged it in somewhere else in the building, I believe the server room is on its own circuit so I was hoping it would either clear the issue or give me an idea of the issue.
Serial Number
5A1838T68992
Firmware Version
4.1.9
Firmware Date
03/16/17
Downloader Version
4.3
Due to the issue, the APC has been taken out of the live cab as its not working anyway, but i have kept it plugged in to try and resolve it.

Hi
I think the next step should be to upgrade to latest firmware version for the unit, to ensure that is is not a software based issue.
You can find the firmware here -> https://www.se.com/ww/en/download/document/APC_ATS4G_704_EN/
After the reboot, I suggest doing a power-cycle of the unit.
If that does not help, you are most likely looking at a issue with the hardware, and in that case you should contact your local CCC in regards to a possible replacement under the warranty.
Best regards
Tonny

Doesnt seem to have worked. Although I haven't been able to power cycle due to not being on-site.

Hi
I think you might be looking at the wrong firmware there.
The firmware you are upgrading is the firmware for the Network management module in the unit.
If you navigate to [About] -> [Network] on the web interface, you can find the information under application module.
The version number presented there is the one you should be looking at.
Best regards

Hi
In that case you are likely looking at a hardware issue.
I would suggest opening a case with your local CCC and get them involved, especially if the unit is under warranty.
Best regards
Tonny
