Two UPS SUA2200, one with wiring fault

I have a SUA3000, and two SUA2200, one with site wiring fault led on. SUA3000 don't have problems. But when one of SUA2200 is connected to the same place another SUA was connected, the led come on.

I checked cables for improper wiring and both NEMA heads are exactly the same configuration. Nothing is connected for now in the problematic SUA2200

Any help or advice will be really appreciated.
