Basically, we had a power outage, the UPS went to battery backup, the UPS battery depleted (or came close), and when power was restored the UPS turned off and stayed off. However, the log is showing that it turned back on and re-established communications. Yet, I had to flip Q3 to put it in bypass and then back off of manual bypass for it to boot up..
I have a Symmetra 40K, this happened the last time too, but no changes have been made to the config (that I know of.) Here's the high points of the log, can someone please shed a little light?

I didn't get the complete answer, but I'm going to post a broader question after some research. I'm having major issues with getting this to work and I don't know why yet.

I have switched the location of this thread to the "Data Center and Facility UPS" section, as your unit falls under this category. I will check with our 3ph representatives in regards to your concerns.
In the meantime, can you please provide a screenshot of the following items:
The UPS tab -> Shutdown options in the network card of the UPS. (Low battery duration signal, sleep delay, ALL the settings please, etc.)
The UPS -> PowerChute information.
A screenshot of the event configuration in PCNS, as I see you have a PCNS client involved in this shutdown.

This appears to be a normal shutdown initiated by PCNS.
The UPS and Web/SNMP card came back on-line as they should have when the power was retored. The UPS will not connect the load until commanded to do so.
Hard switching the bypass powers the load, which the UPS sees then maintains.
This situation usually requires that the UPS is commanded to power the load from the PowerView on the front door or via the Web interface.

Cool, thanks for the info. I'm still working on getting the screenshots on but I've been slammed.
Is this a setting that may have been changed inadvertently on the UPS? We'd certainly prefer it reboot once power is restored. It seems odd that it worked for years and then randomly stopped rebooting once power returned.
The big problem is that once it depletes we need someone to physically drive to the location to power it on, which isn't close to anything. Ideally it would just boot back up and go back to normal.
