This means the battery voltage in your UPS is high. Nominal refers to normal or expected and for a Smart UPS RT that you have, the nominal battery voltage is 192vDC and it floats at around 211-218vDC.
You could start by providing the logs (event.txt and data.txt) from your network management card for us to review and assist. Instructions on doing this are here ->How can I download Event, Data, Configuration, and Debug files from my Network Management Card? | FA...
I'd also maybe suggest someone maybe do a visual check on the batteries to ensure they are not damaged then reviewing the logs will tell us more.

I can try to read the data logs at least but the event log will take me longer to go translate the event codes. Could you change web UI to english and download the logs then switch it back?
I could see in the data log at least that there was a very high battery voltage of 235VDC at one point (12.08.2013 | 14:40:07). Seems like the time frame you were referring to?
I'd have to see what could cause this type of thing but it appears to be back to normal now.

In reviewing the files further with the Smart UPS folks here, we have to believe this is an issue with the batteries themselves as there is no evidence pointing to anything else. You can try contacting your local technical support to verify warranty status to see if the UPS is under warranty and therefore, we'd be able to send you replacement batteries if that is the case. If it is not in warranty, I'd still suggest replacement batteries at this time as a first step.
The phenomenon of the high voltage on the batteries always seems to follow an on battery event of some type (power blip, UPS self test) so I also noted that.

It could be the battery packs - anything on the battery bus. If you're under warranty, you'll need to contact your local technical support via phone or email and then they'll verify the warranty and then they'd decide which batteries they can and will replace under warranty for you. Strange that two of them have the same issue...
