System Start Up Configuration Failed

I am installing one SMART VT model SUVTR30KB and error message appears (System Start Up Configuration Failed) in display, when I power on the equipment.

SETUP System reading:
Voltage 208V
Freq: 60 Hz
3-Wire Mode OFF
...

STATUS readings:
Vin 120,120,120
Vbyp 120,120,120

Where I must connect L1,L2,L3,N input ?.
What voltage level they must be ?

check the phase sequence with phase sequence meter.

Hi,
You should remove the Power Module (Lossing the Screws) and before doing this unistall the all batteries, shutdowns Mains.After that again intall the Power Module.
I hope this will resolve your issue if not then feel free to reply.

Can I check SUVT 40KVA UPS only one 20KVA power module if installed.I Do this but when input on display show Configuration Error.And Input voltage show 121 all Three phase but all voltage is 230V Kindly Help us.
