UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem.

Dear,

We have 2 Numbers of Smart-UPS RT 10000 XL getting power from same source. However, today we have got an alarm from one of them only as below:


Please note that the UPS went to battery and back to AC power within 1 second.

I have doubt if there is a power problem we should get this alarm in both UPS but we have got it only in one of them.

What are other possibilities to have this such of alarm in one of the UPS only?

Is it possible that if we connect an equipment during this time to the PDU connect to this UPS can caused this? because we were connecting a small router to the PDU of this UPS during this time.

It's always possible for a power condition to trigger one UPS but not another. It may have been a marginal case at the edge of the decision boundary.

please tell me ups installed on three or single phase(L1..L2..L3..N .. or L1.......N), and selector switch position ?
