Hello.
We have a fairy old UPS which is running fine. It had 2 batteries (out of 4) and the battery in bay 2 overheated some time ago and failed.
We've received replacement battery but now UPS doesnt recognize any batteries if inserted in bays 2-4. Bay 1 is fine. We tried to move the existing battery from bay 1 to bays 2-4 but it doesnt recognize it either.
UPS was powercycled but no luck. Are there any other ways to "reset" it? Thanks.

Please upload a photo of the battery cartridge (Front & Back) to the APC Forum and ensure it’s visible to be seen.
Provide clear well lit photos of all the internal bays especially the ones that were over heated.
