NMC 2 Web Interface Shows Critical Alarm "Battery needs replacement" but SNMP Does Not
We have a Smart-UPS SRT 2200 with an NMC2 card. The web interface and LCD display show alarms "Battery needs replacement. Order replacement battery, APCRBC141, for the internal pack, cartridge 1." and "The battery power is too low to support the load; if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately." SNMP however, does not. I don't see any SNMP OID in the MIB that indicates an issue with the UPS. How can we monitor for such alarms?

Hoping to find some answers to this question. We are also experiencing the same where the web interface and LCD display show alarm "1 Critical Alarm Present Battery needs replacement. Order replacement battery, APCRBC155, for the internal pack, cartridge 1" and SNMP does not seem to reflect this.
We have several Smart-UPS SRT 1500 with NMC2 and NMC3 cards installed with these alarms.
We have StruxtureWare and that does show the critical alarm, but we also have a network monitoring system that we use to monitor these UPS devices. We use the network monitoring system to help monitor and generate tickets for things like battery replacements and other items. It would be great to find the SNMP OID that we can use to flag and react to these specific critical alarms present.
