Hello,
We have disconnected an external Battery Pack that had an error. It's no longer showing up under Battery System Status (which is correct), but the error still shows. Is there a way to clear the error?

Unfortunately that is the other alternative method to clear the message. You may also consider defaulting the UPS via the LCD menu to see if this clears the message.
Lastly, what does the system do when you use the LCD menu to clear all active / past events?!?

You have two options reboot the NMC which has no impact on the connected loads. Reboot the entire UPS but this will remove power to all attached loads.

Thank you Teken. But I already rebooted the NMC twice. Maybe a complete reboot could help but I was hoping to avoid that.

Thanks. Removing input power briefly solved the issue.
