The Symmetra PX2 is sold in multiple different configurations. Some come with modular distribution allows you to add and remove electrical circuits without hiring an electrician. Modular distribution also performs load metering on an individual circuit level which shows up on the powerview display. However because yours doesn't come with this, you get the "not available" message instead. If your UPS in fact has modular distribution, then you should call APC to clear this up.
